House Charlotte Program Income Guideline

House Charlotte program’s income requirements

One of the mandatory requirements to qualify for the House Charlotte program is for applicants to have an income that is equal or less than 110% of the HUD Area Median Income (AMI). The income is calculated by adding all combined income per household. So for example, if a married couple applies for the House Charlotte program, both spouses’ income, combined, cannot exceed 110% of the AMI for their family size in order to qualify.
